What we collect
Jigsaw Studio collects the details you provide when you enquire or book: your name, email, website, brand, revenue band and programme-fit answers such as category, current ad spend, order value and management budget. The creator programme is publicly readable without providing details. We also retain campaign labels supplied in the link you used, enquiry and booking status, and your communication and advertising preferences.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your requested enquiry, send your booking link, prepare for calls and manage prospective work. If you separately request it, we send one follow-up when you have not booked. This form does not enrol you in our newsletter. We use enquiry and outcome records to understand campaign performance. We do not sell personal data.
Optional advertising measurement
If you visit from the UK, the EU/EEA or Switzerland, advertising measurement is off until you choose “Allow advertising”. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can turn it off at any time with “Decline advertising” on the creators page. When advertising is on, Meta receives browsing and conversion events through its Pixel and Conversions API, including cookie identifiers, IP address, browser details and a hashed email address for matching. Hashing is not anonymisation. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement and personalisation under its own policies. Declining does not affect the form, programme access or booking. You can change your choice using the advertising controls on the creators page; contact us to withdraw consent associated with an older enquiry.
Browser storage
We store your advertising choice for up to 180 days. A separate, essential session token restores a saved enquiry and its booking link in the current tab for up to 24 hours. It is not needed to read the programme. We do not store your name, email or prefilled booking URL in browser storage. When you choose to book, your name, email and supplied brand details are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking form.
Third parties
Our service providers include Supabase (CRM and enquiry storage), Google Gmail (enquiry and requested playbook emails), Slack (internal notifications), Calendly (booking), Vercel (hosting), and Meta (optional advertising measurement). These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy policies describe their processing and international-transfer arrangements.
Requested email playbook
You can request the brand-growth playbook through the studio-site popup, or the commission-only creator playbook on the creators page. Each is a separate, optional series of five emails over ten days, not an ongoing newsletter. Requesting one does not sign you up for the other, and neither is part of submitting an enquiry or booking a call. Each email contains an unsubscribe link for that series. We store your email, optional first name, chosen series, signup source, consent record, delivery progress and unsubscribe preference to operate the requested series.
Retention and communication choices
We retain enquiry records while assessing or managing the business relationship and as needed for recordkeeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. Use the preferences link in an enquiry email to stop further enquiry follow-ups immediately, or reply “stop” for our team to update your record. This does not cancel an appointment or change a separate newsletter subscription. Advertising consent is separate from your enquiry.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw advertising consent by emailing hello@jigsawstudio.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restriction and data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing that relied on it.
